I've watched leaders hesitate in complex, slow moving industries, when the path forward isn't clear. I've also watched what happens when someone chooses to move anyway despite the uncertainty.
Early on, I realized technology could cut through that hesitation. So I started building, writing code and testing systems. I was using tech to find answers instead of waiting for them.
That approach changes everything. When you can build the solution yourself, you stop guessing and start knowing. You move faster because you understand what's actually possible.
I came into technology through experience, by taking the long road.
I learned by building things that had to work..
And after a while, a pattern started showing up.
Technology only feels heavy when we don’t have the right guidance.
When the language becomes accessible, things work out.
I have seen how lack of clarity slows good leaders down. I have also seen the shift when they have actionable, innovating advice.
That is why this work matters to me. I love to constantly learn, and solve problems that someone else may not detect.
